Cut 60 seconds of security questions off every call
Voice biometric authentication for call centers verifies a caller from roughly 3 seconds of natural speech instead of 45–90 seconds of knowledge-based questions. The caller enrolls their voice once, with explicit consent; on later calls they simply speak, and the system compares their voice against the enrolled voiceprint as a step-up second factor. Callers who can't verify — a bad line, a heavy cold — route to your existing OTP or security-question process, so nobody is ever locked out. The value driver is agent time: seconds saved per verified call, multiplied across your daily call volume.
Why security questions are the problem
Knowledge-based verification burns 45–90 seconds of agent time on every verified call, frustrates legitimate customers, and rests on answers — ID numbers, addresses, recent transactions — that fraudsters who bought a breached data file already have. A voiceprint is not in any breach dump. Layered deepfake screening (ML analysis with an on-platform DSP fallback, fail-closed) screens synthetic-voice attempts; we deliberately publish no detection percentage until independent benchmarking is complete.
What it costs you today — your numbers, not ours
The math is simple: agents × calls per day × share of calls needing verification × seconds saved × loaded agent cost. We don't quote your result — put your own numbers into the calculator and see it.

- Enroll once, with consent: the agent offers voice registration during a normal call; the caller confirms via SMS and speaks for ~5 seconds. Explicit consent is recorded before any biometric processing (GDPR Article 9 / POPIA).
- Verify on every later call: ~3 seconds of natural speech, checked in the background while the conversation continues. The agent sees verified or not — no interrogation.
- Fallback always exists: below-threshold matches route to your current process. Voice reduces friction for the common case; it never becomes a lockout.
- Integration in days: REST API plus JavaScript and Python SDKs; we do the wiring for pilot partners. See the developer docs.
The 30-day design-partner pilot
We're a new platform and say so plainly: we're recruiting three design partners. The pilot is free for 30 days — one team, one call type — with success criteria agreed in writing before it starts (verification success rate, handle-time delta against your own baseline, 100% recorded consent). If the criteria are met, the pilot converts at locked year-one pricing; if not, we say so, erase every voiceprint, and hand you the receipt.
